Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to embody our culture and with the mindset of continuing professional growth
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role in an Upscale Casual or Fine Dining Restaurant
- No continuous short tenures (Pre-Covid)
- We will consider someone in a Restaurant Management position that has a high-level understanding of systems, hunger to grow professional, and has a TRUE passion for Hospitality
Restaurant Manager Expectations:
- Experience cultivating and maintaining guest relations through a dynamic floor presence
- Ability to lead and develop a large team with a positive, energetic approach
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
