Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Credit Union)
- Location: Washington DC
- Must: have 1 year of credit union or banking experience
- Salary: $19-$20/hr.
- Provides member services as opening new accounts, transfer funds, wire transfers, order checks, corrections, etc.
- Cross-sells CU products and services and handles tickets and chats.
- Responds to questions and/or provides information upon request from members (internal and external).
- Processes requests/transactions, as appropriate.
- Assists members and potential members in understanding and utilizing Credit Union products and services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a financial institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with financial software.
- Must be able to pass background, drug, and credit checks.
