Internship Overview: As a Summer Intern at The Jefferson, you will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in departments such as Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, and Accounting & Finance. The internship can be tailored to the unique interests of the candidate over the period of the internship.

Responsibilities:

• Participating in marketing initiatives, social media management, and guest communication
• Assisting with administrative tasks in various departments to ensure smooth operations including audits and filing
• Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
• Special Projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
