Job Description

We are seeking a Retail And Gallery Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring an exciting, elevated customer experience and delivering sales / revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Retail sales
Merchandising
Delivering a Boutique Customer experience
Art / Gallery selling
Maintaining inventory and other processes
Some team management

Qualifications:

Must love meeting people and able to successfully socialize with a wide range of personalities
An appreciation for aesthetics (to deliver on a boutique experience)
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields (esp, art, craft, fashion, design-related fields)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
