Hours- Monday through Friday 8:30-5 with a 30 minute lunch.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Taking client orders
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Calling some customers back to ask questions about their order or to confirm shipment date
• Receiving emails from customers that are ordering product
• Process orders by inputting the information into system/software
• Enter dates that the customer wants the product; what the client wants and what to manufacture and when

Qualifications:

• Bakery/ cake manufacturing industry experience preferred
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Bi-Lingual preferred(Spanish Speaking) but not mandatory:
• Experience with MS Office Suite
• Multi-tasker, excellent communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
