As the dynamic leader, you'll be hands-on, serving as the chief advisor to our CEO and overseeing digital fundraising, content creation, multichannel campaigns, and data initiatives for our expanding client base. Your creativity and leadership will leave a lasting impact.

Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Northern, VA offers the opportunity to lead and manage our digital marketing team, crafting and implementing impactful online campaigns for political, advocacy, and charitable clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• Experience strategizing and executing successful fundraising campaigns within the conservative political landscape a distinct advantage
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising or digital marketing , with 5+ years in a management role
• Expertise in SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, CRM, and Analytics
• Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple client campaigns at once
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor team members, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in working with remote teams or cross-functional teams is a plus
