Job Duties: 

Carry out planning of IT Strategy

• Carry out planning of IT environment and its system based on management planning.
• Consolidate annual budget.

Introduction/Development of new system

• Information gathering
• Estimation on affect after new system implementation
• Negotiation with vendors
• Contract with new system contractor

System Maintenance

• Monitor status of system operation
• Job control
• Troubleshooting

IT Equipment Management

• Management of information transfer devices
• Implementation and set-up of IT equipment
• Maintenance of IT equipment
• Disposal of IT equipment

IT Security Management

• Develop IT security rules
• Revise/dispose IT security rules
• Monitor compliance status of IT security rules
• Periodical implementation of IT Security training
• Carry out technical countermeasures such as hardware, anti-virus software
• Information gathering on incident and precaution
• Information gathering on virus/malware and precaution

Account Management

• Definition of access right based on IT security rule
• Management of AD Account
• Management of cloud service account

Development, Operation and Maintenance of IT Infrastructure

• Implementation of server (kitting, set-up)
• Monitor operation status of server
• Maintenance at the timing of fault sign detection
• Replacement at the exceeding lifetime
• Network design
• Set-up of network devices
• Monitor network health status and countermeasure at the timing of detection of abnormality 
• Monitoring traffic
• Replacement of UTM、Router、Switch, etc. at the exceeding lifetime.
• Countermeasure for network failure

Support, Helpdesk

• User support
• Inquire to system vendor
• Help desk function
• Management of software licenses
• Information gathering of software vulnerability
•  Other assignment requested by company management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Similar Preferred or Equivalent work Experience 
• 2+ Years Experience in IT
• Japanese Language skills preferred
