Position: Assistant Floor Manager

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

Responsibilities: • Support front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support as needed. • Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and organization throughout the restaurant. • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications: • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends. • Flexible availability to work a mix of days, nights, weekdays, and weekends.
