Job Description

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 50 – 55 hrs. per week / Occasional Nights, Weekends, & Holidays (Required), Exempt

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for all elements of a single restaurants operations, on a weekly and day to day operational basis; including but not limited to increasing sales, meeting profit and sales objectives, execution of new programs, seasonal and LTO releases, maintaining all Sweet Leaf Cafe standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. Other duties may be assigned.
