Full time position responsible for leading, supervising, coaching, developing, and motivating the Member Support Team by demonstrating leadership and interpersonal skills, providing guidance that fosters team growth and performance in developing a team to support the efforts of the Member Service Representatives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Business Management preferred.
- 5 years or more customer service experience required; 3 years or more management experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required upon hire.
Starting annual salary $118,322 - $147,903 DOE.
