Benefits:
We're seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. This role is pivotal in creating memorable stays and handling the needs of our guests with professionalism.
Shifts available are 3-11pm and overnight 11pm-7am, Week End included.
Responsibilities:
- Greet, check in/out guests, and handle reservations with a professional demeanor.
- Provide outstanding customer service, resolving any issues with a positive attitude.- Manage phone calls and correspondence, providing information and taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk, ensuring accurate guest billing and record-keeping.
- Inform guests about hotel facilities, services, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle transactions and payments with integrity.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Calm, efficient, multitasking abilities and organized with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma; further education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience at a Wyndham branded hotel is a plus
- English and Spanish spoken required.
